Karl Fillip II
President & CEO
Karl leads NOVO Health Services. He has spent more than seven years in industrial healthcare laundry and a decade in private equity and mergers and acquisitions, including time with Deloitte and Brookstone Partners across Chicago and New York. He sets the company's growth strategy, oversees capital allocation, and chairs the executive operating group.
Brian Drennan
Chief Operating Officer
Brian leads operations across the 14-plant network. He brings extensive manufacturing, service, and distribution experience, and is responsible for plant performance, route management, and the systems that hold service levels and safety standards in line across regions.
Jason McCoy
Chief Financial Officer
Jason leads finance, accounting, and reporting. He previously served as CFO of Paris Healthcare Linen, which NOVO Health acquired in 2020, and holds a BS and MBA from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
Carol Landry
Chief Commercial Officer
Carol leads the commercial organization, including enterprise services agreements and account leadership across the network. She has more than twenty years of experience selling contracted services into hospitals and health systems, including time as SVP of Sales and Services in the healthcare laundry space prior to joining NOVO Health.
Kai Anglin, MBA,SHRM-SCP
VP of Human Resources
Kai leads human resources across NOVO Health Services, overseeing talent strategy, employee relations, organizational development, and workforce operations across the network. She brings more than twenty years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing and healthcare, with deep expertise in compliance, talent acquisition, organizational development, and supporting growth through periods of expansion and change.
