Surgical Packs
Custom-configured packs, built around your surgeon preferences

Our SRI division configures every pack per procedure — gowns, drapes, towels, basins, and consumables — with pack-level chain-of-custody documentation.

Every OR runs on preference cards that vary by surgeon, procedure, and specialty. SRI takes those preference cards and builds packs to match — no pulling from central supply mid-case, no over-ordering to compensate for pack variation.

All reusable components (gowns, drapes, towels) are laundered and sterilized to documented specifications inside our SRI-dedicated workflows. Single-use items in the pack come from validated suppliers with lot-level traceability.

Instrument Processing
Sterile reprocessing under documented protocols

Full instrument processing including inspection, cleaning, packaging, sterilization, and delivery — with documented cycle records for every tray.

Instrument processing is one of the highest-consequence workflows in a surgical program. SRI provides end-to-end reprocessing under documented protocols, including cycle records for every sterilizer load and tray-level chain of custody.

For facilities looking to offload central sterile processing volume, we scope a pilot on one specialty service line first, prove the workflow, and expand from there.

Instrument inspection and cleaning

Multi-stage decontamination and inspection against manufacturer IFUs.

Tray assembly

Trays built to surgeon preference and case cart counts.

Sterilization wraps

SMS wraps and rigid sterilization containers for terminal sterilization.

Sterilizer cycle documentation

Full cycle records for every load with barcode-linked chain of custody.

Peel pouches

Sized peel pouches for smaller instruments and single-use kits.
